
Eric Abraham
Eric has been in construction management for over 20 years having earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 1987. He created Comstock in 1994 and has completed over 50 custom home projects to date, including Deer Hollow Estates in Yorktown, and his latest project Elmcroft Estates on the Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck.
He is currently the President of the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley and is an active member of its Board of Directors. Eric also serves on the Board of Directors of The New York State Builders Association.
Eric has been featured in Empire State Builder Magazine (Nov. 2000), and Builder/Architect Magazine (March 2002) and is listed each year by the Westchester County Business Journal as one of the biggest builders in Westchester County ("The List: Home Builders", 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007).
Charles E. "Chick" Raspler
This second generation builder carries on a tradition of quality home building that runs in the family. Chick credits his father Edward Raspler with his early exposure to real estate development and over the last 14 years has honed his skills as a builder of high-end custom homes and additions in Westchester, Dutchess and Fairfield Counties.
Chick's passion for high quality design, materials and craftsmanship is apparent in his work. Working closely with his customers and crews on a daily basis allows him to personally manage every aspect of the process, resulting in award-winning finished products.

He is a Past-President of the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley (2001-2002), and has served on its Board of Directors continuously since 1996. Chick has also served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Builders Association since 2000, was an Alternate Director of the National Association of Home Builders from 2001-2003, and the Chairman of Hudson Valley BuildPAC from 2002-2003.
Chick earned his BS in Economics from Cornell University in 1988, and a Masters of Management Degree from The J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1992. |
